Trinity Psychologists has a long history of working with employees and employers to create positive workplace cultures, which embrace mental health issues and diversity. After many years of working with individuals who have suffered physical and psychological injuries in the workplace we know what factors cause injury and what evidence based strategies there are to prevent injury. We have spent many years working with employers to address these factors and most importantly create environments that allow people to flourish.
We are told we are excellent, engaging trainers (working with groups or individually) with a track record in helping employers create environments focusing on growth, skill development, well being, self regulation, resilience, effective and collaborative communication, problem solving and leadership. We are also well known for our conflict resolution and mediation skills.
Trinity have a particular focus on assisting individuals and groups develop the skills to be able to grow and flourish in their role, to be adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances and develop the range of attitudes and behaviours known to promote growth, success and well being on professional and personal levels.
